Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved, our support team will guide you through the process.
- Reverse pickup, where available, may take:
4–7 working days
- In locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.
- After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect the item before approving the exchange.
- The replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
Important Notes
- Exchange approval is subject to product inspection by The Swamini quality team.
- Exchange requests may be declined if the product is found used, damaged, altered, or without original tags.
- Exchange is subject to size and stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within:
24 hours of placing the order
provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Partial order cancellation may also be permitted depending on the order status.

For prepaid orders canceled within the eligible cancellation period:
